Welcome to Devine

ICB Central was developed by Devine Limited as an inner city business centre in late 2008. The project was constructed by Devine’s internal construction division and is located in the vibrant commercial precinct of Herston - less than 3km from the Brisbane CBD.

The project features over 11,000m2 of net lettable area and includes over 140 onsite car parking spaces. The project is designed to PCA A-Grade standard with a premium level of finishes and a 4.5 star Australian Building Greenhouse rating.

Construction on the project commenced in September 2007 and was completed in late August the following year - several months ahead of schedule and under the forecast budget.

The project also had the advantage of obtaining a 90% leasing commitment from Qld Health, and was pre-sold to and funded by Domaine SEQ Property Trust to the end value of $75.4 million.
