Coomera Sanctuary is a Devine lifestyle estate at Old Coach Road in Upper Coomera, which is part of the Gold Coast's fastest growing area. An existing creek and water basins were retained and enhanced with additional landscaping.

A park, 60 metre wide, retains existing vegetation and waterways. Devine developed a series of walking tracks and bikeways, as well as providing barbecues, a shelter shed, swings and a turfed open space area. Permanent stormwater infi ltration basins and pollutant traps now control the quality of stormwater runoff.

Stage one, covering 6.2 hectares, contains 70 homesites ranging from 400sqm to 993sqm. The second stage covers 3.1 hectares and has 30 homesites ranging from 404sqm to 3,234sqm.
