Coomera Sanctuary is a Devine lifestyle estate at Old Coach Road in Upper Coomera, which is part of the Gold Coast’s fastest growing area. An existing creek and water basins were retained and enhanced with additional landscaping.

A park, 60 metre wide, retains existing vegetation and waterways. Devine developed a series of walking tracks and bikeways, as well as providing barbecues, a shelter shed, swings and a turfed open space area. Permanent stormwater infi ltration basins and pollutant traps
now control the quality of stormwater runoff.
