Only 15km from the Brisbane CBD, it features just 72 home and land packages and was created only after an extensive baseline study. This led to a special vegetation management plan and careful allotment and road designs to minimise tree clearing. A timber mill recycled the vegetation that was felled, and some was mulched on site for landscaping.

To prevent stormwater being wasted, as in normal road drainage systems, the company installed special bio-retention processes and swale drains.
