Devine Limited and Leighton Properties have teamed up again in 2009 to support a number of worthwhile Charities across Queensland. Now in its fourth year the auction is a much anticipated event, with previous years attracting large crowds and strong donations. This year, for the first time, Devine and Leighton Properties will double its commitment through the auctioning of 2 magnificent Homes.

In the North Queensland Town of Townsville a stunning 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Double Garage home known as the Valencia 220 at the master-planned community at River Parks will be auction. In South East Queensland, set in the tranquil surrounds of the Devine Communities Sandstone Lakes Estate is the Emerald 175. This amazing 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Double Garage home on the waters edge will go under the hammer in the support of multiple local charities.

These homes are open for inspection 7 days a week between 12pm and 5pm prior to the auction. Consultants will be on hand to show you through these beautiful homes. The homes will be used as Display Homes after the auction and have an 18 month lease back to Devine. What an excellent investment opportunity so close to tax time.
