Paul Nash, General Manager - Queensland

Paul NashPaul Nash joined Devine in 2004 after achieving senior management roles with AV Jennings, St Hilliers Property Group and Allam Homes, where he was instrumental in the development and construction of many prestigious residential projects. As head of the core house and land division of Devine Limited, he is helping to guide the company into its next growth phase - development of fully serviced lifestyle communities in Queensland, Victoria and South Australia. Paul is a former Olympian, having competed in Montreal, Canada, as a member of the 1976 Australian Swim Team.

Steve Weightman, General Manager - South Australia

Steve Weightman oversees all Devine's business within South Australia. He is responsible for the company's sales, administration, construction, development and profit operations across the state. Steve has been in the housing industry for 30 years, with extensive experience in construction management and sales. Before joining Devine in 2002, he worked at Home Australia for three years in contract site supervision. For 15 years prior to this he ran his own construction management company which focused on small unit developments and contract housing. Steve has a Masters in Business from the University of South Australia.

Luke Hartman, General Manager - Victoria

Luke Hartman brings experience in large-scale residential and commercial projects across Australia to the position of Victorian General Manager. Luke came to devine in 2003 as General Manager of House and Land in QLD and then transferred across to National Acquisitions Manager. Luke has been responsible for over $300 million worth of land acquisitions over the past two years in QLD, Victoria and South Australia. Prior to Devine, Luke was an Acquisitions and Development Manager for Mirvac, working on large scale residential and commercial development projects throughout NSW and Queensland, including the Olympic Village. Luke has a bachelor of Applied Science (Land Economics).
