David Keir, Managing Director and CEO
David Keir comes to Devine with a wealth of residential property
experience having recently held the position of CEO with Delfin
Lend Lease. After joining Delfin in 1994 David held a variety
of roles including Chief Operating Officer, General Manager Built
Form, Operations Manager for Queensland and Northern Territory and
Project Director. With more than 20 years of experience in
the urban development industry, including six years in various town
planning roles, David holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Built
Environment from Queensland University of Technology and holds a
number of post graduate qualifications. David joined Devine
as CEO in March 2010.

Paul Cochrane, Chief Financial Officer
Paul holds a Bachelor of commerce from the University of
Queensland and is a member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants. Paul has a strong accounting and finance background
having worked in a number of senior management positions with major
companies in the property sector over the last eleven years. Prior
to this, Paul worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers for seven years and
held the position of Senior Manager prior to leaving the firm. He
joined Devine as Chief Financial Officer in 2009.

Viv Grayson, Company Secretary
After graduating with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting)
degree, Viv spent many years in various accounting and management
positions with AV Jennings Homes. This included three and a half
years as Vice President of Accounting and Finance in the company's
operations in the USA. Viv then became Finance Manager of the
Melbourne-based timber and hardware company, Bowen and Pomeroy Pty
Ltd. He joined Devine in his current role in 1999.

Neil Anderson, Victoria General Manager, Housing and Land
Neil has over 25 years of experience in the finance and property
industries in Australia, the United States of America and South
Africa. Prior to his appointment at Devine, he was the Chief
Executive of Urban Pacific and Medallist Developments where he was
involved in the design, approval, financing and project management
of residential communities, and golf course communities. Neil's
experience in major project structuring and financing and his
strategic skills in business growth and development are a key focus
of his role at Devine. Neil has a Masters in Business
Administration (MBA), is a Chartered Accountant and a licensed Real
Estate Manager.

Andrew Brimblecombe, Queensland General Manager,
Housing and Land
Andrew Brimblecombe was appointed as the Queensland General
Manager, Housing and Land in 2010. Andrew worked with Delfin Lend
Lease for over 15 years in various roles including General Manager
- Queensland, and General Manager - Marketing and Sales. Andrew
also has worked with Macquarie Bank, Multiplex and Ariande,
bringing a broad range of cross-sectoral experience to the
Queensland team.

Steve Weightman, South Australia General Manager, Housing and
Land
Steve Weightman is an experienced property developer with 30
years industry experience. Steve has worked with Devine since 2002
and he has led the South Australian division through a
transformation from a trusted homebuilder into one of the state's
largest developers and builders. Steve joined Devine after a
successful career in house and land development, where he held
senior positions in both Sales and Construction Management. After
joining the company as Construction Manager in South Australia,
Steve was promoted to Building Manager of both the South Australian
and Victorian divisions. He was appointed South Australia General
Manager in 2005. Steve has a Master of Business Administration from
the University of South Australia.

Warren Thomson, General Manager, Marketing
Warren Thomson is the General Manager Marketing for Devine
Limited, with his responsibilities extending across the marketing
sphere with a focus on marketing strategy and brand. He joined
Devine in June 2010 following 13 years with Lend Lease where he
fulfilled a number of marketing and management roles in the group's
development businesses. During this time, Mr Thomson worked on a
number of high profile and industry recognised projects including
North Lakes, Twin Waters, Hyatt Coolum and various project's across
the Delfin portfolio. He has a Bachelor of Business.

Cameron Mana, General Manager, Business Growth
Cameron Mana has extensive experience in the acquisition of
projects and companies, capital/finance raising, project design and
delivery, establishment and operation of joint venture partnerships
and corporate re-engineering. Prior to joining Devine in 2010, he
established and operated businesses in Europe, Russia and the CIS
for Dubai World. Prior to that Cameron also worked for Delfin Lend
Lease, Ericsson Limited, Delfin Limited and PriceWaterhouse
Coopers, bringing a wide range of previous experience to
Devine.

Jacque Courtney Pitman, National Human Resources Manager
Jacque is an experienced human resources professional with over
15 years real world experience in strategic HR management,
organisational development, remuneration and benefits, employment
relations, training and change management. Prior to joining Devine
Limited in October 2008, Jacque held senior positions with a number
of large organisations including Jones Lang LaSalle, Veolia Water,
Coca Cola and Wyndham Vacation Resorts. Jacque has a Bachelor of
Business (HRM), Grad Cert, Careers Education and Development and
Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessment and is a member of
AHRI.

Terry Conway, Manager, Property Development Division
After graduating in Applied Science in Built Environment and
gaining a Graduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning, Terry
worked for Brisbane City Council for 25 years in City Planning and
Development Assessment. In that time, he negotiated development
approvals for most of the high-rise buildings that shape the city's
current skyline. He was also President of the National Trust and on
the board of the Australian Council of National Trusts. Terry
joined Devine in 2006.

John Kerr, General Manager, Devine Constructions
John Kerr is the General Manager of Devine Constructions, a
position he has undertaken after 36 years in the industry. John has
worked as a Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Site
Manager on many diverse Construction Projects within Australia and
Internationally. John has extensive project experience, backed up
with a trade background, years of leadership and practical
experience and holds various tertiary qualifications.
