David Keir, Managing Director and CEO
David Keir comes to Devine with a wealth of residential property
experience having recently held the position of CEO with Delfin
Lend Lease. After joining Delfin in 1994 David held a variety
of roles including Chief Operating Officer, General Manager Built
Form, Operations Manager for Queensland and Northern Territory and
Project Director. With more than 20 years of experience in
the urban development industry, including six years in various town
planning roles, David holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Built
Environment from Queensland University of Technology and holds a
number of post graduate qualifications. David joined Devine
as CEO in March 2010.

Viv Grayson, Company Secretary
After graduating with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting)
degree, Viv spent many years in various accounting and management
positions with AV Jennings Homes. This included three and a half
years as Vice President of Accounting and Finance in the company's
operations in the USA. Viv then became Finance Manager of the
Melbourne-based timber and hardware company, Bowen and Pomeroy Pty
Ltd. He joined Devine in his current role in 1999.

Paul Cochrane, Chief Financial Officer
Paul holds a Bachelor of commerce from the University of
Queensland and is a member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants. Paul has a strong accounting and finance
background having worked in a number of senior management positions
with major companies in the property sector over the last eleven
years. Prior to this, Paul worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers
for seven years and held the position of Senior Manager prior to
leaving the firm. He joined Devine as Chief Financial Officer
in 2009.

Neil Anderson, Devine Victoria General Manager, Housing and
Land
Neil has over 25 years of experience in the finance and property
industries in Australia, the United States of America and South
Africa. Prior to his appointment at Devine, he was the Chief
Executive of Urban Pacific and Medallist Developments where he was
involved in the design, approval, financing and project management
of residential communities, and golf course communities. Neil's
experience in major project structuring and financing and his
strategic skills in business growth and development are a key focus
of his role at Devine. Neil has a Masters in Business
Administration (MBA), is a Chartered Accountant and a licensed Real
Estate Manager.

Terry Conway, Manager, Property Development Division
After graduating in Applied Science in Built Environment and
gaining a Graduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning, Terry
worked for Brisbane City Council for 25 years in City Planning and
Development Assessment. In that time, he negotiated development
approvals for most of the high-rise buildings that shape the city's
current skyline. He was also President of the National Trust and on
the board of the Australian Council of National Trusts. Terry
joined Devine in 2006.

John Kerr, General Manager, Devine Constructions
John Kerr is the General Manager of Devine Constructions, a
position he has undertaken after 36 years in the industry. John has
worked as a Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Site
Manager on many diverse Construction Projects within Australia and
Internationally. John has extensive project experience, backed up
with a trade background, years of leadership and practical
experience and holds various tertiary qualifications.

Steve Weightman, General Manager, South Australia
Steve Weightman is an experienced property developer with 30
years industry experience. Steve has worked with Devine since 2002
and he has led the South Australian division through a
transformation from a trusted homebuilder into one of the state's
largest developers and builders. Steve joined Devine after a
successful career in house and land development, where he held
senior positions in both Sales and Construction Management. After
joining the company as Construction Manager in South Australia,
Steve was promoted to Building Manager of both the South Australian
and Victorian divisions. He was appointed South Australia General
Manager in 2005. Steve has a Master of Business Administration from
the University of South Australia.
