Viv Grayson, Acting CEO
After graduating with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting)
degree, Viv spent many years in various accounting and management
positions with AV Jennings Homes. This included three and a half
years as Vice President of Accounting and Finance in the company's
operations in the USA. Viv then became Finance Manager of the
Melbourne-based timber and hardware company, Bowen and Pomeroy Pty
Ltd. He joined Devine in his current role in 1999.

Ken Woodley, Marketing Director
Ken worked in an accounting practice before moving into
management of a building construction company, where he rose to
become Managing Director. Arriving in Australia in 1982, he joined
the Peter Kurts Group before launching Stewarts Real Estate in
partnership with another real estate agent. While at Stewarts, he
successfully marketed several Devine Group developments. He then
joined Devine to head its marketing division from 1985.

Paul Cochrane, Chief Financial Officer
Paul holds a Bachelor of commerce from the University of
Queensland and is a member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants. Paul has a strong accounting and finance
background having worked in a number of senior management positions
with major companies in the property sector over the last eleven
years. Prior to this, Paul worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers
for seven years and held the position of Senior Manager prior to
leaving the firm. He joined Devine as Chief Financial Officer
in 2009.

Luke Hartman, National General Manager, House & Land
Luke Hartman brings experience in large-scale residential and
commercial projects across Australia to the position of National
General Manager, House & Land. Luke came to Devine in 2003 as
General Manager of House and Land in QLD and then transferred
across to National Acquisitions Manager. Luke has been responsible
for over $300 million worth of land acquisitions in QLD, Victoria
and South Australia. After a successful period as National
Acquisitions Manager, Luke was General Manager in Victoria before
taking on the national role. Prior to Devine, Luke was an
Acquisitions and Development Manager for Mirvac, working on large
scale residential and commercial development projects throughout
NSW and Queensland, including the Olympic Village. Luke has a
bachelor of Applied Science (Land Economics).

Jim Watson, National Commercial Manager
Jim began his career working with Richard Ellis Ray White in
commercial leasing and graduated to strata title offices, CBD
builders and site sales. He broadened his experience by working
with Colliers Jardine, Isles Love Auction Centre and became
Director of Investment Sales with Jones Lang La Salle. Jim worked
closely with Devine in the acquisition of several CBD sites and,
impressed by Devine's standards, decided to join the company.

Terry Conway, Manager, Property Development Division
After graduating in Applied Science in Built Environment and
gaining a Graduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning, Terry
worked for Brisbane City Council for 25 years in City Planning and
Development Assessment. In that time, he negotiated development
approvals for most of the high-rise buildings that shape the city's
current skyline. He was also President of the National Trust and on
the board of the Australian Council of National Trusts. Terry
joined Devine in 2006.

John Kerr, General Manager, Devine Constructions
John Kerr is the General Manager of Devine Constructions, a
position he has undertaken after 36 years in the industry. John has
worked as a Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Site
Manager on many diverse Construction Projects within Australia and
Internationally. John has extensive project experience, backed up
with a trade background, years of leadership and practical
experience and holds various tertiary qualifications.

George Defteros, Commercial Contracts Manager
George is the Commercial Contracts Manager and has overseen the
delivery of numerous major development projects and has extensive
experience in cost control, forecasting and ensuring that the
development is completed on budget and within time. George has
extensive experience in Contracts Administration, Tenancy
Coordination and Project Management on a vast range of construction
projects in both Queensland and New South Wales. He has a degree in
Applied Science Construction Management and is a Justice of the
Peace

Steve Weightman, General Manager, South Australia
Steve Weightman is an experienced property developer with 30
years industry experience. Steve has worked with Devine since 2002
and he has led the South Australian division through a
transformation from a trusted homebuilder into one of the state's
largest developers and builders. Steve joined Devine after a
successful career in house and land development, where he held
senior positions in both Sales and Construction Management. After
joining the company as Construction Manager in South Australia,
Steve was promoted to Building Manager of both the South Australian
and Victorian divisions. He was appointed South Australia General
Manager in 2005. Steve has a Master of Business Administration from
the University of South Australia.

Jim Shapcott, National Advertising Manager
Widely regarded as an expert in retail and property advertising,
Jim was principal of Shapcott Advertising Agency - which operated
in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. He pioneered the HIA display
village concept and directed the first of Australian TV's lifestyle
shows, which featured HIA homes. During his time with Devine, Jim
has seen the company grow from a small builder to a major force in
the Australian residential construction industry.
