Settlements, landscaping under way

With landscaping of the entry and central reserve due in the next few weeks – together with the start of settlements - Ocean View is taking on the appearance of an even more exciting community in beautiful Sellicks Beach, South Australia.

Settlements in stage 1C are almost complete and 2A
settlements have commenced.

The 20 – lot stage 2B has had civil works completed and is set to commence settlement in mid to late July 2008. A November start for civil works in stage 4A is planned and currently on target.

To date devine has released 128 of the 156 lots within Ocean View.
