14 new terrace homes set for construction
Construction is due to start mid July on 14 terrace homes in the Riverwood Precinct of Devine’s exciting Nautical Edge development.
The Coomera project has attracted huge buyer interest because of its location, and lifestyle opportunities.
Of the 62 homes released in stage 1, 51 are now sold. The new Terraces work is expected to bring a great deal more attention.
Four of the new homes (on lot 1) feature a tandem ‘front loaded’ garage and two-storey design.
Another 10 on lot 11 are expected to become the project’s centerpiece because of their prominent location adjacent to the estate entry, combined with elaborate façade features and extensive landscaping.
These are also of two-storey design with ‘rear loaded’ garages in single or double configuration. Two of them feature the Devine ‘fonzie flat’ - 2-br, 2-bathroom apartments built in the normally wasted space above the garages.
Stage 2 of Riverwood, with 43 homes are expected to go to market in early July. They feature single and two storey terrace designs, conventional lots and a new range of ‘dual frontage’ home designs.
