The Queenslandgovernment offers a concession of $8,750 on stamp duty to first home buyers for homes where the purchase price/value of the home does not exceed $504,999.99. This concession results in no stamp duty being payable by first home buyers who purchase a home where the purchase price is less than $504,999.99. Buyers should make their own enquiries as to their liability to pay stamp duty.

Devine will pay a maximum mortgage premium of $1500.00 per month for a maximum of six months. Devine arranges the mortgage repayment insurance for purchasers. However, Devine is not the provider of the mortgage repayment insurance.

The minimum package price advertised is the package price less the first home buyers grant. The total package price is the price advertised plus $21,000.
