Designer Inclusions
PRELIMINARY WORKS
- Fixed price inclusion list
- Survey, soil test and site inspections
- Building Permit application fees
- Drafting of standard customer plans
EXTERNAL WORKS
- Connections to power, gas, water, sewer & roof stormwater (based on a 10m setback and standard allotment)
- Fall - up to 600mm over building area
- Site is cleared of builder’s waste materials
- Two external garden taps
- Stencilled and coloured concrete porch, pathway and driveway
- Turf to front yard including nature strip
- Front garden bed of minimum 10m2 in size complete with a minimum of 10 plants (builder to select variety of species)
- 1800mm-high timber paling fencing to rear and partial side boundaries, returning to side of home with one hinged matching paling gate (only where fencing is not existing already)
ELECTRICAL
- Earth leakage electrical safety switch to lights and power points
- Smoke detectors as required by authorities
- Double power points throughout (refer plan)
- 2 TV points with quad shield coaxial cable
