Standard Siteworks Inclusions

Included with both Executive and Designer Inclusions packages:

Earthworks levelling of building platform with up to 600mm of fall over home area including rock excavation
Wind Velocity Classification N1 is used to design frames and trusses as per AS 1684
External sewer drainage and connection to existing junction within 10 metres of home including rock excavation
Stormwater drainage of roof water to street or easement on block within 10 metres including rock excavation
Water service connection within 10 metres
Provide conduit and cabling for underground connection of single phase electricity to meter box, including mains connection fee & metering within 10 metres excluding rock excavation
Provide termite treatment system to the perimeter of the concrete slab perimeter & all penetrations if required by the local council
Provide an engineer certified “M” or “H” class slab designed for site classifications as recommended by AS2870-1990
Geo-fabric sediment control, and waste receptacle if required by Council during construction period
Provide temporary fencing and scaffolding during construction (if required)
