Devine has officially opened its latest residential community in
Melbourne, 'Cardinia Grove', which is attracting large crowds.
The 20-ha estate on Wild Cherry Avenue in Pakenham has 14
display homes from seven different builders, providing a
'smorgasbord' of housing options side-by-side. The general public
can compare styles, layouts, features and prices, forcing each
participating builder to be innovative and competitive.
Adding to the convenience are financial experts who are on site
to assist home buyers with information about the Government's
housing grant and provide free advice.
'Cardinia Grove' is in the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges,
just east of Berwick on the fringe of South Gippsland in one of
Melbourne's fastest-growing corridors.
Devine has three new home models within the display village. The
Glenelg 220 Modern, The Maui 230 Plantation, and the Caprice 235
Contemporary are members of a 'family' of 13 project homes from
Devine offering unprecedented opportunity for customers to select
the floorplan that best meets their budget.
Within each 'family' are four-to-nine design variations, façade
treatments and levels of inclusions, bringing the overall choice to
more than 100 floorplans and price points. It gives Devine the
flexibility to mix-and-match a home to the needs, tastes and
aspirations of consumers.
The open-plan three-bedroom Glenelg 220 is a true entertainer's
home, with many outdoors dining options. It has a study which could
become a fourth bedroom, a galley-stye kitchen and a double garage.
Two sets of folding doors lead to the outdoor living section from
the informal family area and the more formal lounge space.
The beautifully styled Plantation façade is just one of the
exceptional features in the Maui 230. Street appeal is
exciting. But so, too, is the interior layout. A big plus is
the rear-positioned family, informal dining and outdoors patio,
served by the entertainer's kitchen. The Maui also has a formal
living room for special occasions and three bedrooms, plus a
study/home office. Like all Devine homes, each bedroom has built-in
robes.
There is a feeling of abundant space in the Caprice 235, which
has three bedrooms, a study, a formal living room, an open plan
family room that contains a practical designer kitchen, and an
alfresco terrace.
'Cardinia Grove' is open from 11am to 5pm, seven days a week.
