It's quick-sticks for these final six

Just six opportunities remain to buy into Devine's popular community, 'The Pines' at Morayfield.

"The supply of accommodation can't keep pace with demand, which is pushing prices higher. The local council is tipping a population of 200,000 by 2021 so values will have to keep rising."

Devine's remaining home-and-land packages at 'The Pines' range from $318,900 to $337,900 including landscaping. Lots are a generous size, averaging 600 square metres, and are available for sale from $155,900.

A feature of the estate is a 1.6-ha community park. Pine trees and shrubs have been planted as a tribute to the era when Morayfield was home to pine and sugarcane plantations.
