Devine Communities is pleased with the early demand for
house-and-land packages at its 'Parkside' residential estate at
Moorookyle, Tarneit.
Within days of releasing the first 20-lot stage, Devine made
nine sales. They ranged from $247,900 for a three-bedroom home on a
369sqm block, to $355,900 for a four-bedroom home on a 650sqm
block.
At 'Parkside', Devine Homes is offering a choice of more than 30
house styles on blocks that range from 325sqm. to 690sqm.
Devine will progressively release stages of the 165-lot estate,
which is 28 kilometres south-west of the Melbourne CBD. In time it

'Parkside' is within the 62-hectare 'Moorookyle Estate' where
construction of a residents-only country club is underway. This

'Parkside', on Sayers Road, Tarneit, is close to schools and
Werribee Plaza Shopping Centre. It is open for inspection Saturday
