Leading developer Devine Limited has released another integrated
housing community in South-East Queensland's greater western
corridor.
'Cedar View' will consist of 157 allotments within a 12-hectare
estate between Penrose Circuit and Walden Street at Redbank
Plains.
The first 18 house and land packages have just
been released, starting from $279,000.
Meticulously designed by Devine's in-house architects, all homes
have functional layouts to maximise the amount of useable space,
and an easy-care front and rear yard.
The average block in the first release at 'Cedar View' is
545sqm, providing plenty of space for the variety of home
designs.
'Cedar View' has a major 3.2ha central park, adding to its
attractiveness for families. Convenience is also a key, with
Redbank Plaza just minutes away, and the massive Orion Town
Shopping Centre 5.5km to the east.
"There are good schooling options nearby, including the
Springfield campus of the University of Southern Queensland," said
Scott McIntosh, Queensland State Manager of Housing & Land for
Devine.

Redbank Plains is 26 kilometres south-west of the Brisbane GPO
and nine kilometres east of the Ipswich GPO. It is in an important
growth corridor for business, with major employers Ipswich
Aerospace Industry and Swanbank Paper Plant nearby. "This is
helping to drive demand for residential accommodation, and we know
'Cedar View' will be popular among first and second home buyers,"
said Mr McIntosh.
Devine has a proven track record in the western corridor, having
had great success with its 180-block 'Collingwood Park' estate. It
has also secured a massive site on School Road in Redbank Plains
capable of yielding almost 600 dwellings, which includes a
potential rail link to Springfield and the local commercial
precinct.
"Devine is a committed supporter of both the Queensland
Government's Western Growth Corridor strategy and Ipswich City
Council's draft Strategic Plan," said Mr McIntosh. "Improving
infrastructure - including transport links, major employment
opportunities, and localised services and amenities - combined with
affordable land will provide very attractive home buying
opportunities.
"There is a continuing pent-up demand for new homes
within family affordable price points, and Devine is focused on
providing community estates which people want to call home to meet
this value for money market demand," said Mr McIntosh.
'Cedar View' at Penrose Circuit, Redbank Plains (UBD Map Ref:
