As part of its commitment to Adelaide's property market, Devine has unveiled a stylish new display village at Salisbury.

The innovative property developer is showcasing:

The homes are a mixture of single storey and double-storey. Devine has over 50 different styles of homes in its full range, and each one has up to five facade options, including face brick, bagged and painted, and rendered brick.

This innovative package provides 106% of the purchase price, which allows buyers to pay for legal expenses, government charges and usually have some money left over for furnishings.
