Listed property development company Devine has continued its
recruitment of highly-skilled executives in Victoria with the key
appointment of Gerard Kennan as State Sales Manager of
Housing-and-Land.
Gerard has 25 years experience in sales and marketing of
residential property in Victoria, including roles with Jennings,
Australand and MFS, as well as running his own real estate business
in Melbourne.
He will be involved in managing sales teams at Devine's four
housing communities in Victoria, and play a role in new business
strategy and implementation.
"Devine has grown in Victoria from a contract home builder into
developing fully integrated lifestyle estates, and I'm looking
forward to playing a part in its continuing evolution," said Mr
Kennan.
"I'm impressed with the company's product range, focus on
design, construction innovation, strategy for land acquisitions and

Devine's General Manager of Housing and Land in Victoria, Mr
Luke Hartman, said Mr Kennan's appointment reflects the company's
expansion. This is evident by an Australia-wide project portfolio

42-hectare site at Cranbourne adjoining Casey Field's Sporting
Ground.
