Leading developer Devine Communities has released the first stage at its $70 million Mt Barker community, The Summit, offering the largest homesites of any new estate in the area.

To celebrate the release, there will be a free family fun day at The Summit on Sunday, March 15 at Sims Road, Mt Barker.
