Buyer Demand Fast-Tracks New Parkside Release

Strong buyer demand has driven the fast-tracked second release of the exclusive Parkside Release (Stage 8) at Devine’s Orleana Waters at Evanston Gardens.

Devine South Australia Communities Manager Troy Jamieson said the second release would offer 13 land allotments, with the first release a hit with buyers.

“The response from the market has been overwhelming and we’re thrilled that buyers are recognising the value of the Parkside Release,” he said.

“Buyers now have a second chance to purchase within the Parkside Release, but with only 13 allotments, buyers won’t have long to act.”

Homesites are priced from just $115,000, with the sites coming in a range of sizes to suit all lifestyles.

“The Parkside Release not only offers excellent value in a growing region, but it gives buyers the opportunity to purchase into a popular, vibrant community,” Mr Jamieson said.

He said buyers who purchased land at Orleana Waters would also have the advantage of choosing their ideal home from the Orleana Waters display village.

The first Parkside Release is already moving forward with construction currently under way.

Another Orleana Waters success, the sold out Seymour Townhome collection, is also on track with works expected to commence in the first week of November.

Upon completion, Orleana Waters at Evanston Gardens will feature approximately 800 homes with almost a quarter of the community devoted to open space, including wetlands, ornamental lakes at the entrance, and community parks.

Orleana Waters is conveniently located within minutes of the Northern Expressway and adjacent to the Tambelin Train Station with a direct line to the Adelaide CBD.

Shopping facilities are close by with residents only five minutes to the Gawler Town Centre and 10 minutes to Munno Para Shopping Centre. Some of the region’s top educational facilities including Trinity College are also nearby.
