Building professional’s disbelief turns to admiration for Devine

Surveyor Tim Collins is the first to admit he made a mistake in doubting Devine’s promise to have his new home completed in 12 weeks.

Devine also completed gardens and landscaping at the couple’s new home soon after they moved in.

Tim, 27, and Mary Jane, 26, are now planning projects for the rear yard - and juggling arrangements for their marriage towards the end of the year.
