Convenience and the added extras attracted Hayley and Andrew to
Devine
Hayley Bishop and fiance Andrew
Shortis chose Pakenham "because it has everything close at hand"
when they decided to purchase their first home.
Originally from Endeavour Hills, the couple had been living with
Hayley's father and after hearing great things from friends,
decided to contact Devine.
"Pakenham is great because it is close to where we were
before so there hasn't been a lot of change for us."
"We are close to shops and transport and both Andrew and I are
close to our work."
Hayley works as a curtainmaker in nearby Narre Warren just 12
minutes drive from home and Andrew, who works as a roadworker is
close to his depot.
"We save so much time, not having to travel far to work, which
gives us more time to enjoy life."
"We chose Devine because our friends had very positive things to
say about their home buying experiences with Devine and the extra
care that's taken by their consultants and salespeople."
"Devine provided us with regular information and explained
everything very clearly which is so important when you are buying
your first home."
"After looking at other options, we found Devine offered more
inclusions and no site costs and that was very important to
us."
"There were little things like bathroom and kitchen accessories
included which, when buying things for a new home are very
important because it all helps to save money."
"The front of the house was landscaped and there was also a
colourbond fence included."
"The whole process was very quick. We signed the paperwork in
October last year (2007) and they started building in March this
year (2008) and we moved in on the June long weekend" she said.
