To give you more choice Devine has two different upgrades and inclusions for our home only and house and land products.

Home only offers you the Prelude Inclusions list as the base model for your new home or you have the opportunity to upgrade to Smart Options Inclusions.

House and Land packages use the Freedom Inclusions or you have the opportunity to upgrade to the Executive Inclusions.
